Our passion for the bees
I became fascinated by how bees work, and that curiosity quickly grew into a passion for beekeeping. As I learned more, my confidence grew, and I decided to dive in. I started with one hive—and the rest is history. It’s been an incredible journey, uncovering the hidden wonders of the bee world right here in Sydney, Australia.
The Topline Honey difference
Topline Honey is shaped by the environment, not by me. The bees forage in natural, healthy landscapes across Australia, and that’s where the real quality comes from. My role is simply to care for the hives and handle the honey with respect. I keep it raw and minimally processed—no overheating, no over-filtering, no blending—so it retains its natural enzymes, flavours, and nutrients exactly as the bees made it.
